Metallographic Sample Grinding and Polishing Machi
MP-1B (NEW TYPE) metallographic sample grinding-polishing machine is a double-disc desktop, operated by two people simultaneously, applicable to pre-grinding, grinding and polishing of metallographic sample. The machine regulates its speed by a frequency changer, with a speed of 50-1000rpm, thus widening its application. The machine is an indispensable equipment in making the metallographic sample. The machine has a cooling device to cool the sample during pre-grinding, thus preventing the damage of the metallographic structure caused by overheat of the sample. The machine, easy to use, safe and reliable, is an ideal preparation equipment for the labs of plants, research institutes and universities and colleges.
The half-automatic polishing and grinding heads are designed according to investigation and researches on the market and customers’ requirements. They are suitable for the lab preparing right amount sample. MPT can be used for preparing single sample. They can prepare one, two or three samples at one time. MPT can be mounted to many models of polishing and grinding machines produced by us. They are easy-to-use, and the quality of finished sample is high. Each one is an ideal option for the lab of factories, science and research institutions and universities, which can prepare sample by unmanned operation with adjustable dripping device.
